FACILITIES AND BUILDING
Our Centre is family and baby friendly, please feel free to relax and
feed your baby in our reception area. We have a microwave if you wish to
warm their milk or food. A baby change table is also available.
BOOKING INFORMATION
All bookings will be processed on a priority basis - current attending
clients, waitlisted clients followed by new enquiries.
If you are unsure of the most appropriate class to book your child into please
call and speak to one of our instructors.
If you are a regular client of Panda Junction we will accept a Faxed booking
form for 1 week without payment. If payment is not received after the 1
week we will no longer hold your place.
MAKE UP CLASSES AND REFUNDS
Make up classes are to be taken within
4 weeks of the missed class, within the current booked term.
After you miss a class please book your make up classes
as soon as possible, this will ensure that you do not miss out as the term
draws to a close.
If you have been absent, please call to book a make up class, if you have not
booked a class and turn up you may not be able to participate if the class is
full. We do not wish to over crowd our classes.
If you have booked a make up class and do not attend, a minimum 3 hours notice
of cancellation is required, if not it will be considered as a class attended.
No Refunds will be given.
ILLNESS AND HOLIDAYS
Please do not bring your child to Panda Junction if they are unwell or have a
cold. If you attend the program and we deem your child to be unwell we
have the right to ask you to leave. You will be offered a make up class for this
missed class.
Please call if you are not well or are planning on going away on holidays, this
will enable us to accommodate make up classes in your absence.
SAFETY AND HYGIENE
Please keep your child within arms distance at all times to ensure their safety.
Our program is a highly active learning program for your child's benefit and
safety a minimum of one adult must accompany one child only.
Please remove your shoes in our reception area of our centre. Your child
will be manipulating and climbing our equipment and it is best if they have bare
feet. This is also for hygienic purposes as we have many young babies in
our program.
All our equipment is cleaned after every class with a Chlorhexidine Hibicleans
solution, this is used in many hospitals.
TYPHOON No. 8 & BLACK RAIN
Classes will be cancelled in the event of Typhoon Signal No. 8, Black
Rain or acts of God.
For the above events no make up classes will be offered and No Class Refunds
will be given.
