Goodbye Panda — Goodbye Friends.The current sky-rocketing rent has forced many businesses to relocate or even close; it seems every time I walk through central I see closing down sales, vanishing shops and closed restaurants. Many Families have been asking me if Panda Junction can operate with a further rent increase; the simple answer is, unfortunately no. Since Panda Junction opened its doors, our rent has risen by 400%.
Panda Junction, as
successful and as busy as we are today, cannot sustain such exorbitant rent
rates. My ongoing ethos for PJ’s was to supply Hong Kong with the best childhood
development centre at a great central location. We will not succumb to a remote location nor existence in a second rate building, nor sell out to an organisation with far differing attitudes and philosophies. Therefore, with great pains, Panda has Closed it Doors. It has been a great pleasure and honour to service thousands of families in Hong Kong. I thank you all for your support, friendship and love; writing this webpage brings tears to my eyes. From all the Panda Staff, and from myself, Michelle. Goodbye families, Goodbye friends, It's always sad when the fun times end. Thank you all.
